I am sure that even those guys who are rocking now 10 videos a month with their smiling faces were a bit shy at the beginning. So one way to overcome it would be to practice( as more as you do you will feel more comfortable).

The second way would be to insert your picture in PDF or Google Slide presentation. Just copy the picture(good-sized) on every site of that presentation so people would see the person who is talking to them. Your video could be then completely about the topic you choose to talk about in your presentation. If you choose this form, there are plenty of subjects you can talk about in any niche.
