Hi Tom. Crating own products or courses is definitely, way to reach out bigger audience. You also have a bigger control over your marketing, traffic and income strategy. At the same time, you have bigger risk of losing money, if the product isn’t selling, because of the developing costs. Unless you are not the investor or the product is digital. Hi ALEX. There has been Google update, and that caused for many people troubles. Mainly in terms of decreased traffic, so you aren’t ht only one in that sense. The positive thing about it though is, that your traffic should get to the point where it used to be. As yo mentioned just dedication and persistence are the way to go here. I think there are many ways you can make affiliate marketing work but it is just a case of being persistent in trying new things and growing different techniques and knowledge. For me, there is something I'm trying at the moment that I hope can help but I think will take some time to see whether it does or not.

I agree with some of your points as I have tried affiliate marketing a number of times and I found that it didn't work for me. So I have changed to develop my own products and online business from scratch.
